By accessing and using the Payment Services
on the official Website of IHSB STEM FEST, you agree to comply with the
following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Payment Policy
1.1. By making an online Payment, the user confirms their Participation in one or more Olympiads and/or activities organized by International Hope School Bangladesh (IHSB).
1.2. All Transaction Service Charges are Paid by International Hope School Bangladesh.
1.3. International Hope School Bangladesh reserves the right to adjust or allocate the Paid Amount towards any related Services, Events, or Facilities.
1.4. Upon successful Payment, bKash will generate a Transaction Confirmation Message (SMS) to the Payer’s Registered Mobile Number, while SSLCommerz will issue a Payment Invoice to the Participant’s Registered E-Mail Address, provided the contact details have been correctly submitted. In all cases, the Participant Dashboard shall be updated automatically once the Payment is successfully verified by the system.
1.5. The Participant
Dashboard shall be updated automatically after successful Payments.
2. Payment Gateway Responsibility
2.1. Payments are processed through secure third-party Payment Gateway Service Providers (Bkash or SSLCommerz).
2.2. The user acknowledges that personal and financial information transmitted over the internet may be vulnerable to hacking, misuse, theft, or fraud.
2.3. International Hope School Bangladesh and the Payment Service Provider(s) (Bkash or SSLCommerz) shall not be held liable for:

Unauthorized Access to Data
·
Fraudulent Transaction Attempts
·
Internet-related Vulnerabilities
3. Technical Errors & Transaction
Failures
3.1. IHSB and the Payment Provider (Bkash or SSLCommerz) are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by:

Data Transmission Errors
·
System Interruptions
· Payment Gateway Technical Failures
3.2. In case of Server Slowdown or Session Timeout, the user must verify their Bank/Mobile Banking status before attempting any second Payment.
3.3. If the Amount has been debited:

3.4 If the Amount has
not been debited, the user may safely initiate a new Transaction.
4. Security Disclaimer
4.1. All Payments are processed through SSL-Certified secure systems.
4.2. However, IHSB does not guarantee that online data transmission cannot be intercepted by third parties.
4.3. The School shall not
be held responsible for damages caused by unauthorized access, hacking, or data
interception.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. All Payments made through the Online Payment System are strictly non-refundable.
5.2. Once Payment is
successfully processed, cancellation of the transaction is not permitted under
any circumstances.
